Hello my fashion divas and gurus!  I love a great hat and I am sure you do too. I am happy to introduce to you Pea Cooper Millinery by Paula Cooper. Paula Cooper is an award winning milliner based in Glasgow, Scotland. She studied millinery at Kensington & Chelsea College, London then worked with legendary milliner Richard Nylon in Melbourne, Australia. Ms. Cooper's work is 'Quirky but Wearable' and t uses as much recycled and vintage materials as possible. Pea Cooper Millinery named its Spring/Summer 2013 collection 'African Queen becomes Disco Queen', Paula took influence from the beautiful African American singers of the 1970's. Each hat is named after the woman Ms. Cooper imagined wearing them from Donna Summer to Chaka Khan.
